One of the most effective habits I adopted was drinking water before every meal. This simple step not only curbed my overeating but also helped reduce bloating, something I struggled with for years. It was surprising how just increasing hydration before eating contributed to feeling lighter and more energized. When craving something sweet, I switched to a fruit bowl instead of processed sweets. This helps me avoid sugar crashes and guilt, and the natural sugars in fruits give me a steady energy boost. Alongside this, I started taking Vitamin D3 and Omega-3 supplements regularly. The difference in my energy levels and skin health was quite noticeable after a few weeks, highlighting the importance of these nutrients. Other vitamins like B complex, Vitamin C, magnesium, and marine collagen also play a vital role in my daily wellness. Incorporating a weekly sauna session has been a game changer, giving me a sense of calm, promoting restful sleep, and even helping my body detoxify. Lastly, using a meal logging app to track everything I eat brings accountability and makes managing my calorie intake manageable. It only takes a few seconds but ensures I stay on track with my health goals. These habits combined helped me feel more balanced, healthier, and happier in my day-to-day life.
