Healthier bread you’ll crave daily 💪

✨ This multigrain bread is soft, hearty, and packed with texture from whole grains and seeds. It’s the perfect everyday loaf—nutritious, delicious, and easier to make than you think! 🥰

✅ Key Ingredients:

* 2 cups bread flour

* ½–1 cup whole wheat flour

* ½ cup cereal grains blend or quick oats

* 1½ tsp kosher salt

* 2 tsp instant yeast

* 2½ Tbsp honey

* ½ cup warm water

* ¾ cup warm milk

* 3 Tbsp melted butter (or oil)

* Optional: 2 Tbsp seeds (chia, flax, sunflower, etc.)

* Topping: Egg white, oats & more seeds

👩‍🍳 How to Make It:

1. In a bowl, mix bread flour, ½ cup whole wheat flour, grains, salt & yeast.

2. In another bowl, combine warm water and honey. Stir in warm milk and melted butter.

3. Mix wet into dry. Add more whole wheat flour until dough is soft and slightly tacky.

4. Knead until smooth and elastic (about 5–7 min). Add optional seeds.

5. Let dough rise in greased bowl, covered, for 1 hour.

6. Punch down and shape into loaf. Place in greased 8½x4½ pan.

7. Let rise again for 1 hour, until 1 inch above pan.

8. Optional: Brush with egg white and sprinkle oats/seeds on top.

9. Bake at 350°F for 35–40 min (190°F internal temp). Cool completely before slicing.
