Taking part in the Work Hard Play Hard May Challenge has been a refreshing approach to balancing fitness with relaxation. The unique structure—five consecutive days of exercise followed by two days dedicated to fun and rest—helped me stay motivated without feeling burnt out. I particularly enjoyed the Jump HIIT workouts featured in the challenge, which mix high-intensity interval training with jump movements to boost cardiovascular health and tone muscles effectively. Wearing light wrist weights, between 1 to 3 pounds as suggested, added an extra challenge without overwhelming me.
