FAQ❤️
Do you know one of the questions I get all the time?
“What’s the difference between Made to Order and Ready to Ship?”
Made to Order means your piece is knitted after you place your order, in the size and color you choose.
"Why Made to Order instead of keeping everything in stock?"
Because making clothes only after they are ordered is one of the best things we can do for our planet🌍
It helps reduce overproduction, textile waste, and pollution that comes with making more clothing than we actually need.
And there’s another part my customers love about it: Made to Order gives you room to adjust the fit and make style modifications for your child, free of charge.
Yes, it takes about a month. But the feedback I receive says it is well worth the wait.
"And how about Ready to Ship?"
I know there are times when you simply need something sooner. Maybe you want to order a gift soon, your child needs a new sweater now, or you find something in just the right size and color and don’t want to miss it.
That’s exactly why I keep a limited selection of clothes and accessories in stock, basically for those times when you need something right away.
Curious about the fit of an in-stock knit? Send me a note and I’ll be happy to measure the piece you’re interested in, so you can have peace of mind when ordering.
Not sure what to get?
Go with a Gift Card if you want to let them choose exactly what they want. Always a good idea!
Gift Cards can be used toward both Ready to Ship and Made to Order pieces, so they can decide what works best for them.
