2 croissants
10 g butter
granulated sugar tablespoon 1

How to make it
1 Put the croissant on a cooking sheet, press it, and crush it. The cooking sheet is reused.
Melt the butter in a frying pan over low heat and spread it on both sides of the croissant.
Sprinkle half of the granulated sugar, put a cooking sheet on the croissant with the side facing down, and press from above with a small pot to make it flat.
3 When the sugar on the bottom is melted and baked, pour the remaining granulated sugar on the upper side, turn it over, put a cooking sheet on it again and press it. It should be quite flat by this time. To avoid burning, take it out on the cooking sheet and cool it.
4 When it cools, the surface becomes crispy, so melt the chocolate to your liking and sprinkle it on it to complete! If you leave it for a long time, the sugar will melt and become sticky, so please do it as soon as possible!

If you don't eat it right away, put it in the freezer and it will be sticky.
