Sesame oil 3g (1 tsp)
Mentaiko 30g (25g + 5g for decoration)
50 g cabbage
1 fish cake (about 40g)
1 g of grated garlic (1 / 4 teaspoon)
1 serving of yakisoba noodles
water tablespoon 1
White soup tablespoon 1 (15g)
10 g mayonnaise (2 teaspoons)

How to make it
1 Remove the contents of the mentaiko from the skin. Separate it for mixing inside and for decoration.
Tear the cabbage and slice the core.
Cut the fish cake into 7 mm pieces.
2 Stir-fry sesame oil, garlic, cabbage and fish cake in a frying pan.
Add yakisoba noodles and water and stir-fry lightly, then add shiro-dashi and mayonnaise and mix well.
3 Add mentaiko, mix quickly, serve on a plate, sprinkle mentaiko and seaweed for serving and complete!
