Smoothie Remix
🍓🥤Ingredients
1) Chobani peach yogurt
2) protein powder (we used two scoops of vanilla dymatize today for the three of us)
3) unsweetened almond milk, about 2 cups (we measure with our heart)

Making smoothies has always been a fun and easy way for me to ensure my family gets a healthy start to the day. I love involving my kids in the process—they get excited pushing the blender buttons and choosing their favorite frozen fruits. Using Chobani peach yogurt adds a creamy sweetness that pairs wonderfully with vanilla protein powder, providing a much-needed boost of energy and nutrition. I usually keep unsweetened almond milk on hand as a dairy-free base, which keeps the smoothie light yet filling. Frozen berries and the cherry kale mix add vibrant color, antioxidants, and a subtle earthiness that balances the sweetness. One trick I’ve learned is to blend extra portions and pour them into molds to freeze as protein pops—these make perfect grab-and-go snacks, especially during busy mornings or after sports practice. This smoothie is not only delicious but also customizable. You can swap the protein powder for your favorite brand or choose different frozen fruits based on what’s in season. Plus, it’s a great way to sneak in vegetables like kale without anyone noticing. Overall, this breakfast recipe feels like a gift to your body and taste buds, making it truly fit for the gods.
