- eat lots of your favorite veggies & fruits. Not only for the health benefits, but also because they’re a better choice for snacking than cookies or ice cream. I’m not saying you shouldn’t eat sweets like that, because believe me I always definitely do 😂 Just be sure to eat healthy snacks too!
