Nik loves her push-ups Chile. She will drop and give you 50 in a heartbeat 🙄🤭 Either way… she looks good because of it. She’s come a long way and I’m proud of her consistency.

For me- I am working on my overall body, but I do a little more work on my core. I’ve dealt with PCOS since a teenager, which is the reason I have my “tummy.” Not to mention years of stress, trauma, and unhealthy eating…. BUT acknowledging that, has allowed me to push past and make strides in the right direction.
