Amazon …where you at?

... Read moreIf you’ve ever faced the frustration of missing packages from online orders, you know how stressful it can be trying to locate them. In my experience with Amazon recently, I had to contact their customer service and provide proof that my package never arrived. It’s important to keep records like order confirmations and delivery notifications. Sometimes, the delivery gets marked as completed, but the package might have been left in an unexpected place or even stolen. I found it helpful to check with neighbors or any possible delivery spots like porches, garages, or with building managers. When those didn’t help, I submitted a claim through Amazon, including pictures and screenshots of my order details to support my case. Patience is key as these investigations can take some time. But staying persistent with follow-ups helped me eventually resolve the issue. Additionally, enabling delivery updates and tracking notifications through your phone can give early alerts to suspicious delays or misplaced packages. Overall, if you’re dealing with missing packages, document everything and don’t hesitate to reach out to customer support immediately. Sharing these tips has been really helpful for me, and I hope it helps anyone else dealing with this inconvenience.

It's ridiculous when they say this. I once ordered Chinese food, they didn't put my peach prawns in my bags. The thing cost $20 for 12 pieces. He said how do I know that you're telling me the truth ? I need proof of that. Like really ? How do we send proof ? They ended up finding it on the counter, I told them I don't trust that they won't mess with my food over our argument, so I'll take a refund.
