Simple habits that make you feel good about yourself🏆

Our main key is that we have accomplished what we intended. Even if it is a little bit, we will feel proud that we can do it. When we are proud, we feel good and want to do it. No need to do big things. Just small habits each day can help a lot. 💪🏼💪🏼

I have to say that we are lazy, but I feel bad for doing nothing through many trials and mistakes, making me realize that gradually doing it works for us the most, so we will share the habits we have tried and it works.

1) Drink water immediately after waking up.

It helps to feel fresh and alert. It is important to get out of bed. Very suitable for lazy people, such as post owners, etc.

2) Not plowing the C.E. is the first thing after waking up.

After waking up, the brain is cleared, making it easy to remember anything. Taking social or taking someone's words into your head immediately after waking up is not good for the mind, even if it is trivial but very fruitful.

3) Happy with small things each day

For example, today I found a window of a house that is not very beautiful, or just that the water is delicious. Although not great, it trains us not to think negatively.

4) Do whatever you feel, take care of yourself a little

Do something useful to yourself in one day, such as light yoga, drink something useful, walk up the stairs instead of the escalator.
