Healing is not a one-day process, it’s a journey. ✨ These are 3 things I started doing that made the biggest difference:

1. Therapy – It taught me to unlearn old patterns and gave me healthier tools to cope.

2. Enforcing Boundaries – Protecting my peace is my priority, even if that means disappointing others.

3. Letting Go – Releasing people, habits, and things that no longer fit in the life I’m creating.
