Lighter cardio day enjoy!!🔥

Here was today’s lighter cardio day!! It’s important to balance in lighter days to still be effective, but also give your body some rest. Going too hard everyday often leads to burnout and could explain why you find yourself in cycles of being consistent for a couple days then “falling off of track for a weeks or so”. Consistency is key, and so is making a plan that supports your bodies needs! Save this lighter cardio workout if you still want to get a great workout but maybe dont want to push too hard because you’re tired! Or maybe this workout is good for you on a hard day! Everyone is different, love yourself and treat yourself great, enjoy this🥰🫶🏼
