EASY Grilled chicken wrap - recipe below!!!

Absolutely LOVE a good chicken wrap! But so often the macros and cal SUCK. Especially for fast food wrap. This recipe only took 5 minutes of work to throw together!

Here’s a healthy recipe to help you stay on track!

1- Multigrain carb balance tortilla

2.5 oz grilled chicken (air fried 350-400° 18 min)

1 serving bacon bits

1/8th cup shredded mozzarella

1 serving cottage cheese ranch homemade

Macros may very depending but roughly:

300 cal, 30 G protein, 9 net carb, 14g fiber, 4 sat fat.

one of my BIGGEST tips is MEAL PREP THAT CHICKEN! You can either pre-make and reheat OR add or chicken and seasoning into a ziplock so it’s ready to use the second you need a meal!

If you make this meal let me know if you like it!!

What I love most is how versatile it is—you can mix and match your toppings or switch up the type of multigrain tortilla depending on what you have. The protein content stays high thanks to the grilled chicken breast and bacon bits, making it a perfect meal whether you’re aiming to build muscle, maintain weight, or just eat clean. One tip I’ve found super helpful is meal prepping the chicken in advance. By seasoning and air frying a batch at the start of the week, you save precious time during busy days—the wraps come together in literally 5 minutes. Also, using a multigrain carb balance tortilla keeps the carbs in check while boosting fiber intake, which helps with digestion and keeps you fuller longer. The homemade cottage cheese ranch dip is a healthier alternative to traditional creamy dressings, adding flavor without unnecessary calories or fats. If you want to reduce calories further, consider using low-fat cottage cheese or less cheese. Plus, the mix of shredded mozzarella adds just enough creaminess and savory notes without overpowering the other flavors. In my experience, keeping wraps fresh is easy if you store components separately until ready to eat—this prevents sogginess and keeps everything crisp and delicious. You can also add fresh mixed spring lettuce or other greens for extra crunch and micronutrients. These wraps fit perfectly into various diet plans like keto-friendly, high-protein, and low-calorie meals. Overall, this recipe strikes a great balance between convenience, nutrition, and flavor, making it a staple in my weekly meal prep routine. Give it a try and personalize it to your taste—it’s surprisingly satisfying for such a simple meal!
