Man listen,

between stress, grief, and this cold it's been REAL hard to show up this week, not even gonna hold ya'll!

Every day this week has been a fight. I have to remind myself of my goals every morning. I'm not a person that can take a few days off because I will fall off real quick so skipping out is not an option. So I keep showing up...now the workouts may not be as good as they should be but it's still better than not doing anything

I say this to say..you gotta keep going. Every day is not going to be rainbow and sunshines but you gotta remind yourself about the end goal and why you started in the first place!
