FULL BODY FRIDAYSSS!! Pilates Style !

I really enjoyed that Pilates ring workout yesterday so I decided to run it back for FULL BODY FRIDAYS!

This little ring makes you work. I never would of thought! I love that everything I did is low impact and joint friendly but still brings the burn!

I tried to do everything for 30 seconds and repeated everything once. DON'T SLEEP ON A PILATES RING! If you are working out at home especially add this to your equipment.

There are lots of YT videos out there to get you started as well!
