Grow your Glutes at Home

The BEST day of the week! GLUTES !

So I decided to try something a little different today as far as reps and set go so hopefully this makes sense:

I did four sets. The first set I did with 10 pound dumbbells. Then I did the next 3 sets till failure but I went up 5 pounts each set.

Babyy these legs were shakinnnnnngg! You should definitely try it and report back here! May start doing it more often ..depending on how the rest of the week goes with my legs 😄 🤣 😂

SN: If you are wondering why I chose the one long sock look, so I am still in this crazy arthritis flare and this morning I was so frustrated with the pain because it's been like 3 weeks now and I was doing sooo good so I felt a lot of anger and frustration this morning.

I needed compression socks but I have to fold and put up laundry so I literally grabbed the first sock I could find and just put it on to support my ankle for the workout. (Rheumatoid Athritis effects one side of your body more than the other so I really just needed the support on one leg anyway so I wasn't pressed to find the other one in that moment)

Comrad Socks saved the day and I made it through my workout.

For my people with chronic pain, I definitely recommend compression socks/sleeves because I probably wouldn't have been able to finish this workout without them.
