YEAR 32 WHAT IT DO

These past couple months have been the hardest I've had probably ever had! If you know you know but one thing that hasn't changed is my GRATITUDE! Even through everything I still find something to grateful for on the hardest days.

I've healed from so much! I'm actively back into my first love of FITNESS and heavy back into my Yoga Practice. I'm also currently KICKING RAs A** which is more than enough to be grateful for!

I spent the day with family and relaxed but also still cleaned up my house because it was A MESS from always being on the go lol

I'm extremely grateful for another year and for the clarity I've received these past couple of days. Life isn't always going to be sunshines and rainbows but after EVERY STORM THE SUN WILL SHINE!

Turning 32 is not just about age; it's an opportunity to reflect on personal growth and resilience. In these past months, I've faced significant challenges but learned to embrace gratitude in every moment. Fitness and yoga have become crucial parts of my daily routine, helping me reconnect with my passion for movement and balance in life. Recently, I attended HippieFest, which inspired feelings of joy and community amidst life's ups and downs. Sharing unique experiences with family can deepen our connections and provide a much-needed break from the chaos of everyday responsibilities. As we celebrate birthdays, we also celebrate life itself, recognizing its imperfections while cherishing the beautiful moments. Happiness can often be found in appreciating the simplest experiences. Whether it’s the comfort of a familiar routine or the support of loved ones, there's so much to be grateful for. Let's embrace each year with an open heart, focusing on personal achievements and the beauty that life brings, even in tough times.
