Haven't done a resistance band workout in a while so here's one !

For my big thigh girls make sure to have a thick resistance band...them little skinny ones are not for us and will quite frankly annoy tf outta you lol

I also added ankle weights to increase the intensity.

4 sets of 15 (and yes 15 on each side for the single leg exercises)

This is a massive glute burn even though it looks basic so don't say I didn't warn you.
