LEG DAY + Trying New (kinda) things

LEG DAY!!

So today I did do progressive overload (see previous reel for more information on that) for most of this workout.

I used 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells and did 4 sets of 8-10 for everything.

I also tried some single leg rdls...it's been so long since I've done them because I just don't trust my weak ankles but apparently I'm feeling froggy this week so f### it we ball 😅

My left ankle is a lot weaker than my right so I definitely used my bookshelf for the assist (which is totally fine because my glutes definitely still felt it) and even though I didn't use assistance for the right side I was still pretty wobbly so I stayed with the 15 pound dumbbell for all 4 sets.

My legs were shaking by the end of this workout...progressive overload is REAL 😄 🤣
