IT'S THE BURN FOR MEEE

So I know I did a core workout already this week but honestly I just didn't feel the burn enough to feel that it was sufficient so I had to run it back today.

I personally love a dedicated ab workout at least once a week which I think is enough but I really have to feel the burn and standing core just doesn't do it for me.

It's probably me doing something wrong but either way it's okay to stick to what you know !

This workout was a really good one for the abs and obliques.

For this workout, I used 5 and 10 pound dumbbells and did 4 sets of 10-15 and YES I definitely felt the burn.
