Ladies this one is for ya'll!! I know I'm not the only one that hates the fat bulging from your bra!
This area can always use some tlc and these are the perfect workouts for it [in my opinion before ya'll start 😆]
These are in regular rotation and the bra fat is looking real low key these days.
I did 3 sets of 10-12 for everything and used a range of weights (literally used my whole rack)
My back strength varies so much so I can't give you an accurate weight to use...the best rule of thumb is if you can get to 10 easy without struggling those last couple of reps, it's time to take the weight up!
