ANOTHER FULL BODY WORKOUT! A QUICKIE

FULL BODY FRIIIIDAY!!!

This is a great workout that gets you in and out but also hits all the major parts of the body.

I used 10, 15, and 20 pound dumbbells doing 4 sets of 10 to 12 with the heaviest weight I could (ya'll already know what I'm gonna say so say it with me WITHOUT 👏🏾 COMPROMISING 👏🏾 FORM 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 )

If you can't tell I was feeling myself today...when you start to see the results you are wanting it just hits different! There is still progress to be made but I'm still celebrating the progress thus far....

Progress is more than physical too even if you are just happy you were consistent for a week...that's progress...so over the weekend take some time to celebrate your wins...no matter how small!!
