Not too much on my intro ya'll know I struggle 🤧 😆 the point I was trying to make is this workout targets more of the inner arm !

So I have these little arms rolls that if I wasn't afraid of getting on the table they would be gone TOMORROW 😆

but over time they have improved significantly.

I PERSONALLY feel like I saw better results when I did moves like these versus standard bicep curl variations.

I only used 5 and 10 pounds and maybe the 15 barely and did 4 sets of 10-12.
