The Wings are shrinking!

Ight so I was super tired and my lips were ashy 😒 😆 but the grind doesn't stop !

Dedicated tricep workouts to work on these bat wings. They really have came a long way but it takes a lot of dedication and not letting how long it takes discourage you.

I used 10 pound dumbbells for this entire workout but even 5 pounds is enough with higher reps. I did 3 sets of 10-12 for everything.

One thing I've learned with my triceps is sometimes a lower weight with higher reps is better. Everytime I've tried these with heavier weights I've pulled something or they have been OD sore so in this case less is more.
