BAT WINGS ARE SHRINKING !!!!

Ya'll if you can't tell this weekend was a long and exhausting (mainly mentally) one for me !

I did half this workout with my eyes closed 😆 😄 I literally didn't even realize it until I looked back at the videos

I refuse to miss a Monday though...I need to start my week right.

Did a dedicated triceps workout to kick off the week. I used 5 and 10 pound dumbbells and did 3 sets of 15.

It's a new week...whatever happened last week leave it there and let's level up this week.
