Leg day but really glutes hehe 😜

I know I'm a little late but the opportunity to sleep in was appreciated and let's not forget sleep is just as important as the workout !

Happy Monday though!!! Kicked off the week with a leg day that's heavy on the glute work.

I used 30 pound dumbbells for the entire workout and did 4 sets of 10-12...except the last superset I did 3 sets till failure bc my legs were shaking at that point 😆 🤣

30 pounds is not required and honestly I don't recommend it unless you have the proper form.

Everything I'm doing is also slow and controlled to really target those muscles while also reducing injury risk!

Not looking forward to Bambi legs all week but happy for a successful heavy Leg Day! Let's have a great week 💪🏾
