It's probably just me but standing on something makes me want to dance 😆 🤣 I was definitely standing on them people couch in my club days lmaooo

But today was leg day and I used my 30 pound dumbbell for this entire workout and low-key realize it's about time for a 40 pound one so yayyy!!!

Adding the bench gives you more range of motion to really get deep into those squats and rdls but the bench is not required so don't let that discourage you from this workout!

I did 4 sets of 12-15 for everything and yes your legs are gonna shake like lil Bambi's but listen THOSE GAINS !!! Just keep telling yourself that lol
