Listen I'm late I know but the amount of technical issues I had getting this video together almost made me not post anything so this is my "HERE D**M" FULL BODY FRIDAY video ! Lol
The quality is trash but I'm genuinely over this video at the point so just focus on the workout lol
I used 5, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells for the entire workout and did 3 sets of 10-12 for everything (and that's 10-12 on each side)
Whew chile I'm happy to reach this Friday it's been a long week and the editing issues confirmed that it is indeed time for a break 😆
