Full body workout 🏋🏽♀️
In case you didn't notice, I skipped legs again this week 😜 so I went heavy on the leg work today.
I'm replacing my dedicated leg days for a few weeks to get in 2 dedicated deep core days and still be able to rest on the weekends. This is why the full body days are going to be more leg intensive!
The weights ranged between 5 pounds and 20 pounds and I did 3 sets of 10-12 for everything followed by 30 mins of cardio.
It's Friday, my baby's party is tomorrow, and family is coming into town tonight. It's feeling like a good vibes kind of weekend! Hope ya'll have a great one as well and let's meet back here Monday

If you’re looking to optimize your fitness regime, incorporating full body workouts into your routine can yield significant benefits. A well-structured full body workout not only improves overall strength but also enhances muscular endurance and helps in weight management. Key components to consider include selecting appropriate weights that challenge your muscles without sacrificing form. Generally, using weights between 5 to 20 pounds is ideal for most exercises, allowing for three sets of 10 to 12 repetitions. This promotes both muscle engagement and cardiovascular health, especially when paired with a cardio session lasting around thirty minutes. Moreover, varying your routine to include dedicated core days is essential for improving stability and posture. These core workouts can greatly complement your leg-intensive full body exercises by engaging multiple muscle groups concurrently. To maintain your motivation and intensity, you can also integrate mini cardio bursts between sets to keep your heart rate elevated while working different muscle sets. Flexibility is another vital element; ensuring that your workouts adapt to your schedule will promote continuity and reduce burnout. Plan your workout days around your lifestyle commitments, and don’t hesitate to switch things up with varied exercises. This approach can also make workouts more enjoyable and less monotonous. Ultimately, whether aiming for weight loss, muscle gain, or improved endurance, aligning your workouts with your personal goals will yield better results. Remember to always listen to your body and rest when necessary, ensuring that your fitness journey is both productive and sustainable.
