Legs on a Monday????

HAPPY MONDAY!

I never do legs on Monday because the thought of not being able to walk normal for most of the week is not appealing BUUUUT it is back to school time and idk how the week will go and I missed legs last week so we just gotta do it! And yes I know that was a long run on sentence 😄 🤣

This workout definitely had my legs shaking like a stripper too btw so don't say I didn't warn you.

I did 4 sets of 8-12 for everything and mainly used 30 pound dumbbells (minus the step ups I used 20 pounds).

Also, I really want to start doing more calf raises to help strengthen these RA ankles...I usually stay away because I can't hold my balance the best some days...idk why using the bookshelf never came to my mind until today either 😅 definitely a game changer.
