Before someone even says it..I did work out yesterday!!
Lol I did core and cardio however my Elf duties were giving me some challenges so it sliced my morning time in half 😆
I do have the video edited finally BUT it's FULL BODY FRIDAY so the other video can wait !
This workout didn't take too long and I feel like every part of my body got some attention which is always the goal !
I mainly used 5, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells and did 3 rounds...I'm just gonna say until failure because I kept losing count...for some of these exercises...my Friday rainy morning brain is definitely activated lol
Prozis on the top and the shorts! Ya'll already know the top is one of my favs!! The shorts in my honest opinion are more for the little bootys that want to pop...they definitely lift and shape your butt but I felt like my butt was a little too big bc it gave a weird cuff at the bottom...idk how to explain it but I can see it being super beneficial for smaller bootys! BUT I do love the cross body part in the front..it definitely snatches the waist in!
