FULL BODY FRIDAY

It has certainly been a long week for me!! I'm happy it's Friday because the word of the weekend is RECOVERY! Don't sleep on those rest days ya'll!

For this full body workout I used 5, 10, 15, and 20 pound dumbbells.

I did 3 sets till failure with the 3 heaviest weight I could use without messing up my form!

On a side note, my current goal is to get at least to 50 pushups straight. So far I can do 5-10 with good form.

A fun fact about pushups is it is indeed a full body exercise even though most people think it's just for bigger arms.
