FIRST WORKOUT OF 2026!!!

I truly enjoyed the holidays!...probably a little too much and the laziness did not hesitate to step in. Sleeping in really is my favorite thing to do 😆 🤣

One thing I've always told ya'll is that its sooo easy for me to fall off track...and I gain weight super easily as well so when I say no days off [outside of active recovery days] it's because I know me...

A week and a half off is just not good for me and my belly bc ya girl is looking fluffy!....but I'm so happy to be back in the flow...and kicking the week off with legs!

Now my glute muscle is still a little weak from pulling it like a 2 weeks ago so I probably shouldn't of done legs just yet...but I got 45 pound dumbbells for Christmas and have been super pressed to use them 😅

Form was pretty garbage on some of these because of the weight and also my glute muscle being tender so not too much on me ! Lol

I did 4 sets of 6-8 for everything mainly using my 45 pound dumbbell and 15 pounds for the B Stance RDLs!

It certainly was a bit of a struggle this morning but I'm happy to be back at it...hopefully you guys are too!
