So proud of myself this week!

Such a successful week of workouts and Full Body Friday finished it out with a banger...

I'm sure everything will be sore this weekend BUT that's why we have rest days...it's giving yoga for the next two days and I can't wait 😊

For this workout, if you can't tell all the weights made it off the rack lol so the best thing I will say is for your first set if you can get to 10 easily go up in weight for the next 3 sets.

I did 4 sets of 6-8 because my goal is still heavy lifting which means the reps will be lower.

Hope everyone had a great week. I know I did. It's just something about showing up everyday that makes my heart happy!
