This morning's abs and core workout! Tried to really focus on my lower abs and obliques today.
I did 4 sets of 12-15 for everything and the weights used were 5 and 10 pounds. Weights are not necessary so don't worry if you don't have any...and if you have to have something in your hands (like me) ...water bottles will also do the trick!
My abs definitely already feel tight so I'm sure it's safe to say this workout was a success!

This workout style—4 sets of 12-15 reps using manageable weights—strikes a balanced approach between endurance and strength. Beginners can start without weights and gradually add resistance as strength improves.
