FULL BODY FRIDAAAAY...ON FRIDAY FINALLY 😆

Now this was a pretty solid full body workout! Definitely one you should save because it's gonna be a go to for you.

As you can see by my faces, some of these moves were INTENSEEEE but they really challenged me and I could feel them working in real time. If that matters to you, then I would definitely keep this one on deck.

The weights were 5,10, and 15 pound dumbells and I did 4 reps till failure for everything...and a lot of theae were super low reps so don't worry if yours are too !

The beauty in this workout is that it really didn't take me long either. I love a nice in and out type of workout!
