But seriously this was probably the best workout I've had all week since my body was on BS this week lmaooo
I do hope ya'll save this one because it was quick and to the point. Hit all the major muscle groups as well!
The weights were of course kinda everywhere but 5 and 10 pound dumbells will be just fine for this.
I kept it lighter than usual and only did 3 sets till failure.
It's already feeling like good vibes on this JUNETEENTH FRIDAY!!!
