All you will need for this workout is a mat to support your back! You can do this workout anytime, anywhere, in the comfort of your own home, OR save this workout the next time you go to the gym :)

Exercise 1: leg lifts

Make sure your belly is pressed flat into your mat as you move your leg down and up

Exercise 2: bent knee stretch

Pull your knee in towards your elbow!

Exercise 3: windshield wiper

It is very important to keep your shoulder blades down on your mat, you are twisting from your core, using your obliques to move.
