How do I get back into reading? 🥺

I really want to start new books as it is a change I have been yearning to do for quite some time.

Right before the new year I did just that, and I visit the library quite frequently now since.

But for some reason, recently I have been so lazy to even pick up the next book, because my brain just feels tired right now even though I really want to complete it.

What do I do to get out of this funk?

... Read moreIf you've been struggling to pick up a book lately, you're not alone. Many readers experience phases of laziness or mental fatigue that can hinder their reading goals. To overcome this, consider setting small, achievable goals like reading for just 10-15 minutes a day; this can help ease you back into the habit without overwhelming yourself. Furthermore, create a cozy and inviting reading environment, free from distractions, to help you focus. Engaging with online reading communities can also offer motivation; platforms like Goodreads allow you to track your reading and connect with others sharing similar interests, which may inspire you to dive into a new book. Exploring different genres or audiobooks can provide variety and renew your enthusiasm. Experimenting with varying formats might just surprise you! Finally, don’t forget to celebrate your progress, regardless of how small it may seem. Each book read or even pages turned is a success that deserves recognition.
