Step 1, call center.
Step 2 Executive Secretary (The boss left first, learned the job for just 1 month. Sad but fine. Until he thought that our potential was to go, he called us first.
Step 3 Call Center Translator (Get the liaison from the call center again. The level is higher) We have done this position because we dare to honestly say that we want to learn the challenging job, do not return to the same call center position, so the boss offered this one because someone resigned, which is a good thing.
Secretly whispering that many people would consider it unfair to others, but in fact, there was no sign of the old person applying, so the boss let us stay here, so it was the perfect rhythm, not hurting anyone's chances, and it was good for us to learn a wider job.
