クエン酸スプレーって、ゴシゴシより「かけて放置」で効くのが本当にラクでした。私は100円ショップのスプレーボトル（400mlくらい）を2本用意して、油汚れ用（セスキ）と水垢用（クエン酸）で色やラベルを分けています。間違えて使うと逆効果になることがあるので、ここだけは最初に徹底するのがおすすめです。 ■クエン酸スプレーの作り方（基本） 私が一番使うのは「水200ml＋クエン酸小さじ1（約5g）」くらいのゆるめ配合。まずボトルに水を入れてからクエン酸を入れると混ざりやすいです。水はぬるま湯だと溶け残りが減りました。 ■クエマロの作り方（泡で密着させたい時） クエマロは、クエン酸水を“泡で貼り付ける”イメージ。私は手持ちの泡スプレーボトルに、上のクエン酸水を入れて泡で出すようにしています。垂れやすい鏡や蛇口の根元に密着しやすくて、放置掃除がさらに楽になります。 ■使い方のコツ（ここが効いた） ・蛇口／シンク：全体にスプレー→キッチンペーパーを貼る→さらに上からスプレー→ラップで覆う（湿布法）→20〜30分放置→拭き取り。水垢が厚い所ほど「湿布＋ラップ」が効きました。 ・鏡：クエマロ（泡）でムラなく覆う→10〜20分→水で流してから乾拭き。水滴の跡は乾拭きまでやると戻りにくいです。 ■落ちない時に見直すポイント ・白いザラザラ（ウロコ）は一回で無理なことも多いので、短時間を2〜3回に分けるとラクでした。 ・金属や大理石など、酸に弱い素材は避けて、心配なら目立たない場所でテスト。 最後に、作った日付をボトルに書いておくと「いつのだっけ？」がなくて地味に便利です。クエン酸スプレー（＋クエマロ）と湿布法が揃うと、鏡・蛇口・シンク周りの掃除が一気に時短になりました。
