Oreo cheesecake Truffles
I don’t care, I don’t care what anyone has said. This recipe has to be the quickest, cheapest and best recipe so far.
You need 4 ingredients
Oreos
I had 2 rows & half that I used out of this pack
8oz of cream cheese at room temperature
A teaspoon of vanilla extract
Semi sweet milk chocolate 🍫
You want to set your cream cheese out for about an hour.
smash your Oreos. Then combine the cream cheese and vanilla extract.
Roll into little balls and chill in the refrigerator for 30 min.
Next boil some water and add a bowel. Add the chocolate chips and mix.
Once melted start adding the now chilled Oreo cheesecake mix to the chocolate. Coating them all. Then place back in the fridge for an hour or so.
That’s it! It’s that simple and they are so good. The kids kept trying to sneak them.
