Yogasutra: 2 / 10
Not very recommended! Feel the bad energy in full system. We acted wrong. The teacher took our feet to knock us off. Super bad 😤😤. Just have a sound bath at the end.
Prime Space: 8 / 10
Stu is pretty ballerina. The class we went to was yoga calm, comfortable, and there was a sound bath. It was a very relaxed hour. ☺️
The Green Room: 9 / 10
Stu is very cozy. Like at home, the trees are full. The teacher is very good. Calm down with where we can't do it right. He immediately charges us. If there is a chance, of course.
Stretch Studio Sukhumvit 49: 6 / 10
There are 2 branches of Marines and Sukhumvit 49. Any stu is as beautiful as it came out of Pinterest, but it's a little narrow and the posture is not very intense in the intermediate class. 🥺
UNWA Wellness: 10 / 10
Personally, I like it here because the class is not many people, only 5 people. The difficult position when playing is very tense, cover hahahaha, but the teacher takes good care and is very thorough. After playing is much lighter.
Raj House of Yoga: 7.5/10
At first I was scared here, but when going to play is better than I thought! The teacher really tried to want us to do that position. Where I can't do it, they will come in to help me see until we can. The position is very difficult. Each position is hand stand, head stand, arch bridge, hahahahaha.
The Breathing Room: 10 / 10
Anyone with content, don't miss it here!!!Stu is clean, white tone control, there is a mirror to take pictures with 🪞 class. We only have 3 people, not many because it is a morning class too. But any teacher is very cute. Be friendly. Let the most young friends 🎀.

การได้ลองเล่นคลาสโยคะและพิลาทิสผ่าน Classpass ทำให้เราได้สัมผัสประสบการณ์ที่หลากหลายทั้งในเรื่องบรรยากาศของสตูดิโอและรูปแบบการสอนที่แตกต่างกันไป จากการเข้าคลาสของหลายสตูดิโอ เช่น The Breathing Room ซึ่งได้รับคะแนนเต็ม 10/10 ถึงแม้คลาสจะมีผู้เข้าร่วมเพียงไม่กี่คน แต่บรรยากาศคือเงียบสงบและครูสอนที่เป็นกันเองมาก ทำให้เรารู้สึกผ่อนคลายและสนุกกับการเล่นมากขึ้น การมีโซนถ่ายรูปสวย ๆ กับกระจกบานใหญ่ก็ถือเป็นจุดเด่นสำหรับสายคอนเทนต์เลยทีเดียว ส่วน The Green Room นั้นให้ความรู้สึก cozy เหมือนอยู่บ้าน ต้นไม้ในสตูดิโอช่วยเพิ่มความร่มรื่นและรู้สึกสดชื่น ครูสอนใจเย็นและให้คำแนะนำอย่างใกล้ชิด เมื่อเราท่าทางไม่ถูกต้องก็พร้อมช่วยแก้ไขทันที ซึ่งสร้างความมั่นใจในการฝึกซ้อม ในขณะที่บางที่ เช่น Yogasutra นั้นอาจมีบรรยากาศที่ไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่จากประสบการณ์ของเรา แต่ก็ยังมีช่วงโปรดอย่าง sound bath ที่ช่วยคลายเครียดได้ดี ถ้าชอบบรรยากาศสวยเก๋ Prime Space จะตอบโจทย์ด้วยดีไซน์สตูดิโอที่หรูหราและให้ฟีล ballerina พร้อมคลาส yoga calm ที่ทำให้เรารู้สึกผ่อนคลายมาก สำหรับคนที่ชอบความท้าทาย UNWA Wellness ก็เป็นตัวเลือกที่ดี เพราะคลาสมีผู้เข้าร่วมน้อย ครูดูแลทั่วถึง และท่าที่ยากช่วยให้กล้ามเนื้อตึงและได้ออกกำลังกายอย่างลึกซึ้ง ทำให้เรารู้สึกเบาหลังเล่นเสร็จ Raj House of Yoga มีคลาสที่เน้นท่ายากๆ เช่น handstand และ headstand ซึ่งหากใครต้องการเรียนรู้ท่าท้าทาย ครูสอนจะช่วยดูแลและแก้ไขท่าทางอย่างใกล้ชิด ทำให้มั่นใจขึ้นในท่าซับซ้อนต่าง ๆ นอกจากนี้ Stretch Studio Sukhumvit 49 ก็มีสตูดิโอที่สวยเหมือนใน Pinterest แต่พื้นที่อาจจะแคบไปนิดและคลาสอาจไม่เข้มข้นตามที่คาดไว้มากนัก ลองเลือกดูจากรีวิวนี้และตัดสินใจตามความชอบและความถนัดของตัวเองกันนะคะ ใครมีประสบการณ์ดี ๆ กับที่ไหนอีกก็มาแชร์เพิ่มกันได้ จะได้ช่วยกันหาสถานที่ออกกำลังกายที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับทุกคนค่ะ
