This experience can be quite stressful and frustrating, especially when time is short and there's so much to prepare. It’s not uncommon to feel overwhelmed with packing, arranging transport, and managing last-minute tasks. In such cases, prioritizing what absolutely must be done versus what can be simplified makes a big difference. For instance, setting multiple alarms earlier in the day and preparing as much as possible the night before can significantly reduce morning chaos. Even laying out your travel outfit and packing carry-ons ahead of time can save precious minutes. Additionally, contacting airport shuttles or rideshares in advance eliminates wait time and reduces travel-related anxiety. From my own experience, the feeling of being rushed to the airport after waking late is a mix of regret and the pressure of making up lost time. However, embracing mindfulness and accepting that not everything will be perfect helps keep panic at bay.
