Building my relationship with Jesus ✝️

As I am building my life with Christ, it is become unusually hard for me every single day now that the veil is lifted. I’ve had visions and dreams that I cannot explain.

Again, I try not to sin but when I try to do that, I eventually do. All I can say is is that ever since becoming a Christian and repenting my life has been much more happier and joyous.

If anyone who’s been a Christian for a very long time, has any advice for me that would be greatly appreciated. I hope anyone who is a Christian. I hope we can be friends ❤️

Many believers find that as they deepen their faith, the 'veil is lifted,' bringing clearer spiritual awareness but also revealing personal struggles, such as grappling with sin despite sincere efforts to resist it. This experience is common and reflects the human condition in the process of sanctification. The important lesson is not perfection but progress. Embracing vulnerability by recognizing areas where you fall short can actually strengthen your faith. Scriptures emphasize that Jesus welcomes us to come to Him with all our worries and shortcomings without guilt or shame. This compassionate invitation offers relief and encouragement to believers striving to live righteously. Practical steps to nurture this relationship include regular reading of the Gospel, as highlighted in your reflections. Engaging with Scripture provides guidance, wisdom, and a sense of connection to God’s plan. Likewise, consistent prayer helps sustain communication with Jesus, enabling you to express your challenges, joys, and needs. Relying more on God each day involves trusting His timing and grace, even when progress feels slow or setbacks occur. Remember, repentance and renewed commitment bring joy and spiritual growth, transforming your life gradually. Christian community support is invaluable; sharing experiences and advice with fellow believers can inspire perseverance and deeper understanding. When facing visions or dreams that are difficult to interpret, consider journaling them and seeking counsel from trusted spiritual mentors or pastors. They can help discern their meaning in the context of your faith journey. Ultimately, building a meaningful relationship with Jesus is a personal but communal path. It thrives in honesty, dedication, and love. Reach out, connect with others who share your faith, and continue growing daily, knowing that each small step forward is part of a beautiful transformation.
