- season your steak w/ jerk seasoning, other seasoning you like, & cook steak to your liking
- set steak aside
- put pan on medium, and add cheese to the pan (by itself!)
- let your cheese melt & lay your tortilla on top of the cheese
- press tortilla down a little & once the cheese has stuck to the tortilla, turn it right side up (as shown in slide 5)
- add your tomatoes, onions, and steak to the taco
- fold your taco, the melted cheese will allow the taco to stay folded
- fry your plantains to your liking
