This betrayal might have rocked me to my core but it didn’t make me jaded. I’ve learned many lessons through this experience and continue to learn as I spend more time alone. People aren’t inherently bad and not everyone that comes into your orbit has malicious intentions, which can be hard to believe when you’ve been hurt many times. If you’ve experienced this I hope you take the time to heal and hopefully soften yourself for love to come in again.
