Fear is real in every cancer journey — but it doesn’t have to rule you.

When I was diagnosed, fear crept in quietly… then loudly.

👉🏻Fear of pain.

👉🏻Fear of the unknown.

👉🏻Fear of what might be lost.

But here’s what I’ve learned:

🕊️ Fear loses its grip when we face it with faith, knowledge, and support.

✨ Surround yourself with people who’ve walked the road and came out stronger.

✨ Learn about your body and your healing options, knowledge brings confidence.

✨ Anchor your heart in purpose, you’re not just fighting for survival, you’re living for meaning.

Take a deep breath. Speak life over yourself.

You’re not alone — and you’re braver than you think.

... Read moreFrom personal experience, I understand how fear can silently grow, especially when you notice something like a persistent lump or nagging pain. Early on, I went through moments of uncertainty after noticing a lump on my breast, which lingered after my period ended. That moment pushed me to seek a free nursing examination, where I was told lumps during periods can be normal—but when it persists, it’s essential to be vigilant. One of the hardest parts was managing the anxiety about insurance coverage and treatment options. I even checked my insurance policy fearing gaps in critical care. For anyone on this path, I encourage exploring all your options and gaining the confidence that knowledge brings. During my journey, I wished for alternative therapies to complement my treatment, aiming to support both body and mind. What helped me most was connecting with others who had walked the same path and sharing our victories and struggles. I found my passion as a motivational speaker, turning my experience into a message of hope and resiliency. Hosting workshops gave me a platform to help others breathe through their fears, anchor their hearts in purpose, and build a resilient mind and body. Remember, you’re not alone in this. Whether it’s through community events or one-on-one support, reaching out can lighten the burden. Speak kindly to yourself, celebrate small victories, and hold onto the belief that healing is not just about fighting but about living meaningfully. If you want to know more or connect, feel free to message me directly or join my upcoming physical workshops in Singapore.

What my mentor taught me about Overcoming Fear
When I first started working on myself and my business, one of the biggest things holding me back wasn’t time, money, or talent. It was fear. Fear of failing. Fear of looking stupid. Fear of “what will people think?” Fear of trying something new in Singapore’s very “play safe” culture. But

What is Fear To You?
Fear doesn’t mean stop. Fear means something important is calling you. So many moms stay stuck not because they’re incapable… but because fear whispers: “Later.” “Not now.” “What if you fail?” The moment you step toward the thing you fear, the fear shrinks… and you grow. Courage is not

Fear of abandonment
‘What if they leave me? What if I’m not enough?’ If you’ve ever thought this, you’re not alone. Fear of abandonment isn’t a flaw; it often means you’ve been wounded in the past, and your nervous system is still trying to protect you. And the first step to healing is learning not to abandon yoursel
