We’re taking care of our hair all 2025✨

My ferritin and vitamin d were low causing my hair to thin and fall out! Supplementing and a good routine have been key! These are my supplements and topicals.

Iron/Vitamin C- taken together to help with absorption.

Vitamin D- low levels of vitamin D are associated with hair loss.

Pumpkin seed oil- has been recommended by dermatologists. Just started this one not too sure about efficacy yet.

Minoxidil - she’s that girl. My hair started growing back but struggling with my edges. Have made a difference in less than a month.

The ordinary hair serum- not sure if the effects of this or if it’s been everything else.

... Read moreIn 2025, maintaining healthy hair requires a consistent routine and the right nutrients. Low ferritin and vitamin D can contribute to hair thinning and loss, so incorporating supplements can make a significant difference. Iron combined with Vitamin C is essential for absorption, supporting red blood cell formation and overall hair health. Vitamin D levels are linked to hair growth; hence, ensuring adequate intake can be beneficial. Adding pumpkin seed oil, recognized by dermatologists, may also support hair strength and growth due to its fatty acids and phytosterols. Minoxidil has been a vital part of my regimen, showing noticeable results in just a month, particularly in restoring edges. Finally, The Ordinary hair serum offers additional support, although its effectiveness is still under observation. By combining these supplements with good hair care practices, you'll be on the path to healthier hair in 2025.
